Margaret was away for a birthday weekend at a hotel in York, so there was no rush and no talk of who would drive back. We ran the A153 south out of Horncastle with one small tweak before the busy part. I set her down close to the entrance, coats and cases handled, on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

A birthday dinner in Nottingham, picked up from home in Lincoln with no argument over who was driving back. I took the Lincoln Eastern Bypass out, then a quieter approach into the city where the roads were heavy near the restaurant. Dropped at the door, calm and on time.

New Year's Eve, so I built Bethany's run from Skegness around the dinner booking with enough margin to skip any last-minute rush. We took the A158 and eased over where it started to bunch ahead. The drop was right by the hotel entrance, leaving her a relaxed walk in with time to spare before the table.

Can the car wait and take us home later?
Yes. For most evenings out the chauffeur stays nearby with the car and brings you home whenever you are ready, rather than to a fixed time. It saves booking two separate trips and means dinner or the show can run on a little without anyone worrying about the lift.
Do you do late nights?
We do. Transfers run around the clock, so a late finish at the theatre or a long dinner is not a problem. The office answers between nine and five, but an evening booking made in advance is covered whatever time it ends. Just give us the plan when you book.
Will we be dropped near the theatre door?
Yes, you're set down close to the entrance so there's no rush from a car park before curtain up. Your chauffeur collects you from nearby afterwards, so you walk straight out and into the car.
Can everyone have a glass of wine with dinner?
Yes, that's rather the point. Nobody has to stay off the wine to drive, because your chauffeur takes you there and brings you home again. You can enjoy the evening in full.
Do you cover hotel stays there and back?
Yes, hotel runs both ways are a regular booking, whether it's a night away or a special occasion. Give the dates and times when you book and your chauffeur handles the outward and return journeys.
