Kevin and his friends had the Coldplay night mapped out; my job was the driving. We ran the A15 with margin to spare, and a short detour around a tailback saved us a pointless sit. I chose a collection point away from the worst of the foot traffic at Wembley, but close enough to reach without a hike.

Where will you pick us up after the show?
We agree a collection point and a rough time before the night, chosen to be easy to reach and clear of the worst of the exit crowds. Shows overrun, so we build in some give. When you come out the car is there, and you are not stood in a queue for the car park you never used.
Can you take a group of us together?
Yes, as long as the party fits comfortably in the car we can carry you there and back as one booking. It keeps the group together and means nobody has to stay sober to drive. Tell us how many of you there are when you book and we will confirm it works.
Can you get us close to the arena entrance?
Yes, you're dropped close to the entrance so you're not walking miles before the show. Your chauffeur knows the way in and the roads around the venue on a busy night.
Do we have to face the car park crush when it finishes?
No, that's the point of booking. You're collected from an agreed spot and driven off while everyone else queues for the exit, so there's no waiting in a packed car park.
Can you drive us home after a late festival set?
Yes, transfers run around the clock, so a late finish is no problem. Your chauffeur takes the whole group home together and nobody faces a midnight drive after a long day on their feet.
