Who writes this site

The content here is written and reviewed by Bart Griemink, who owns and runs Lincolnshire Chauffeur Services. This is a small, owner-run business, so the author and the reviewer are the same person, and we say so plainly rather than presenting a page as the work of an editorial team that does not exist.

What we publish, and how we get it right

The pages on this site describe our own service and the areas we cover. We stick to what we can stand behind: how we work, the towns and routes we know, and the credentials we hold. Where we are not certain of something, we leave it out rather than guess.

We do not publish invented figures, fake reviews or claims we cannot support. We do not quote a price on the website, because every journey is quoted individually; the quote form is the only place a price is given.

How we treat journey times

The drive times shown on the location pages and the departures board are approximate, off-peak examples, meant to give you a feel for a journey rather than a promise to the minute. A run in the small hours is quicker than one in the afternoon, and traffic varies. Every time on the site carries a note to that effect, and your quote confirms the exact pickup time worked back from your flight or sailing. We would always rather show an honest range than a precise-looking number we cannot guarantee.

Corrections

If you spot something wrong, please tell us at enquiries@lincolnshirechauffeurservices.com. We look into every report quickly, and if a correction is needed we make it promptly and, where it matters, note that the page has changed.

Review dates

The "Last reviewed" date on a page records when its content was last checked and confirmed current. We update that date when we make a real change to a page, not for a small typo or a formatting tweak.
